12.3 vph77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from malicious code. While vph77 makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and security, temporary unavailability due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond vph77's reasonable control does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes vph77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 vph77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
13.2 Where an account is closed due to a User's breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be forfeited if the breach involved fraudulent activity or violation of anti-money laundering obligations. In all other cases of account closure initiated by vph77, the User's Real Money Balance (net of any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via the User's registered payment method within a reasonable period.
13.3 A User may close their account at any time by contacting the vph77 support team via the 24/7 live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be refunded to the User's verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing.
14.1 Internal Resolution. 14.3 Game Outcome Disputes. All game results produced by the certified RNG or the live dealer process are final. Disputes regarding game outcomes may only be raised where there is evidence of a demonstrable technical malfunction. Disputes based solely on dissatisfaction with a game result that was produced correctly do not constitute valid complaints.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and such other applicable statutes and regulations as may be in force from time to time.
Subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 14, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through internal or regulatory channels.
